The Cargill 5 Year Old Adelphi Ardnamurchan & Cardrona (70cl, 57.4%)

The Cargill is a 5 year old blended malt from Adelphi, bottled in 2025 for their Fusion series. It combines single malt from Ardnamurchan in the Scottish Highlands with single malt from Cardrona in New Zealand. It is a micro batch made from two casks, one from each distillery, and was bottled at a cask strength of 57.4% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. The edition is 1200 bottles. The name honours William Cargill, a 19th century Scottish businessman and retired army officer who emigrated to New Zealand in 1847. He led the European settlement of the Otago region and founded Dunedin.
