The Cargill is a 5 year old blended malt from Adelphi, bottled at 57.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines single casks from two distilleries: Ardnamurchan in Scotland and Cardrona in New Zealand.
On the palate, meringue and tart cherry meet coastal salt, earthy spice and Szechuan pepper. The finish is long, rich and complex, with warm notes that carry on.
