The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in two stages.
It spends its first 12 years in American white oak bourbon casks. The whisky is then divided equally between three types of sherry cask, amoroso, oloroso apostoles and matusalem, where it rests for a further three years.
It is described as well structured, rich and generous, with robustness balanced by elegance.
