The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt from the Dalmore distillery, which was built in 1839 by Alexander Matheson. It is matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso sherry casks.
Those casks come from a relationship with the sherry house González Byass that goes back more than a century. They add rich, nutty flavours to the Dalmore house character of chocolate and orange.
Winter spice, orange zest and chocolate are the notes associated with it.
