The Dalmore 21 Year Old is a single malt aged for 21 years and bottled at 43.8% ABV. It is finished by hand in sherry wood from rare 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso casks, which the distillery uses exclusively. Master distiller Gregg Glass oversees its making, and the spirit is distilled in the distillery's copper stills. The extra years in sherry-seasoned oak are said to give the whisky a subtle complexity of flavour and aroma.
