The Dalmore 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for a minimum of 25 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged sherry casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl decanter-style bottle adorned with a silver stag's head.
The colour is deep amber. The nose brings dark chocolate, espresso, orange zest and roasted nuts. The palate is full-bodied, with dried fruit, toffee, vanilla and cinnamon, and the long finish carries hints of oak and spice.
