The Dublin Liberties Copper Alley is a 10 year old Irish single malt, released as a limited edition. It honours Copper Alley, the oldest street in Dublin, and the label is designed in Celtic colours. The whisky is matured first in bourbon casks and then in Oloroso sherry casks that are thirty years old. Its aromas are described as complex and its taste as refined.
