This is an 11 year old single malt from The English Distillery in Norfolk, bottled as Batch 3. The distillery was founded in 2007, and the whisky won a bronze medal at the IWSC in 2025.
The nose is complex, with vanilla and citrus, a herbal hint of mint and sage, baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricot and cherry, and clean pencil shavings from the oak.
The palate is sweet and spicy, with cherries, apples and tropical fruit and a peppery tingle, before a rich, oily and slightly dry finish.
