The English Distillery – Sherry Cask English Whisky (70cl)

This is a sherry cask matured English single malt from The English Distillery, the newest addition to its core range alongside The English Original and The English Smokey. It arrives after 17 years of distilling, when the distillery had enough stock to add it. The whisky is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The nose is rich dark fruits, almonds and vanilla. On the palate come fruit cake, digestive biscuits, honey and figs with a hint of chocolate, followed by a long, sweet finish.
