The English Whisky Sherry Cask Matured is an English single malt and the first sherry-matured whisky in The English Distillery's core range. It made its debut in 2023, seventeen years after the distillery began operating in 2006. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration.
It was named World's Best Single Malt Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards 2024. It is one of three core English single malts in the distillery's range.
