The Epicurean Cognac Cask Finish is a limited edition and the second expression in The Epicurean Wood Series. The Cognac cask used for the finish gives it a golden colour. It is bottled at 48%, non-chill-filtered and with no colouring added.
The nose is tropical, with figs, peaches, ginger, coconut and lychee. The palate brings sweet Scottish barley, honey, violet and rose. The finish is long, with dried orange, sandalwood and more ginger.
