This is a 16 year old blended Scotch whisky from The Famous Grouse, released as the Vic Lee Special Edition. It comes in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV.
The blend matured in a combination of first-fill sherry and first-fill bourbon casks.
The nose offers soft sherry notes, honey, vanilla and ripe fruit. The palate is round and mild, with caramel, light spices, malt and subtle oak. The finish is medium in length, soft and slightly sweet, with a warm close.
