The Glen Grant – Arboralis Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

The Glen Grant Arboralis is a golden single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in ex-Bourbon and Spanish Sherry oak casks. The name means 'light from within the trees', a reference to the casks being sheltered by the tall trees that line the Victorian Gardens at the distillery. The nose is soft, with fruit and honey. On the palate come creamy toffee and ripe pear, followed by a long finish with a delicate hint of spice.
