The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is a triple distilled Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It matures first in American oak bourbon barrels and is then finished in St. Lucia rum casks.
The nose brings tropical fruit, ripe banana, vanilla and brown sugar with a touch of spice. On the palate there is caramelised tropical fruit, creamy vanilla and honey, with oak spice and malt. The finish is long, with tropical fruit, warm spices and a gentle oak dryness.
