The Irishman Harvest Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

The Irishman Harvest is an Irish whiskey that blends single malt with single pot still, in proportions of 70% and 30%. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey is triple distilled and matured in American oak bourbon barrels. The mash bill is made entirely from Irish barley. The nose is zesty and spicy, with black pepper and peaches. On the palate come pot still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak, and the finish is oak with butterscotch.
