The Irishman The Harvest is a triple distilled Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, made with Irish barley and grain.
The whiskey was distilled in copper pot stills and matured in first-fill American bourbon oak casks.
The nose is light honey with orchard fruits, vanilla pods and toasted oak. The palate is smooth, with mellow vanilla, warm caramel, delicate spice, ripe pear and golden apple. The finish is of medium length, warm, with vanilla and a little ginger spice.
