The Lakes – Whiskymaker's Edition Kairos

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Edition Kairos is an English single malt from The Lakes distillery, part of the Whiskymaker's Editions series. Each release in the series is a free creation, made outside the distillery's traditional sherry-led style. Kairos takes its inspiration from the energy and light of a Greek city, and aims for a balance between power and finesse, dryness and sweetness. It is described as sunny in character, with dried fruit, gentle spices and a touch of cacao.
