The Lost Distillery Company Dalaruan (46%)

Lost Distillery Dalaruan is a blended malt from The Lost Distillery Company, inspired by the original Dalaruan distillery in Campbeltown, which was founded in 1825 and closed in 1925. It is made from selected single malts from several Scottish regions, put together to approach a Campbeltown character. It is bottled at 46% ABV, not chill filtered and without added colouring. The nose brings sea air, light peat smoke, honey and ripe peach, with butterscotch and raisins. The palate is full and oily, with malt, caramel, light peat and a hint of sherry cask. The finish is long, soft and lightly maritime, with salted caramel, smoke and oak.
