The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46.3% ABV. It is the final chapter of the Harmony Collection and was created alongside desserts by Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca.
Its coconut character comes from sherry-seasoned American oak casks chosen for their high oak lactone content, refined by the influence of bourbon casks. The presentation box is made from paper containing recycled coconut fibre.
The nose brings fresh coconut, lime, lemon, orange, mango and papaya over vanilla and sweet oak. The palate shows coconut milk, fresh lime and soft sweetness, leading to a bright, floral finish.
