The Nine Springs 7 - Bordeaux Cask

The Nine Springs 7 is a seven-year-old whisky from Number Nine, matured in a Bordeaux cask. The nose brings roasted notes, cedar wood and leather, together with quince bread, walnuts, tinned fruit and a little dried mango. The palate is robust and spicy, then moves between fruity and nutty, spiced flavours. It finishes with fruit that turns dry and slightly astringent.
