The Pogues Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Half of the blend is single malt: a 10 year old matured in sherry casks and a 7 year old from bourbon casks. The other half is 4 year old grain whiskey. Only local spring water is used in production, and the barley is malted locally in West Cork.
It is described as intense and smooth, with malty, fresh walnut and sweetish notes.
