The Pogues Streams of Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

This is a blended whisky from the band The Pogues, named after their song 'Streams of Whisky'. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The blend combines whiskies distilled in Scotland and Ireland, with a large share of single malts. The nose offers sweet malt, vanilla and oak. The palate is round, with sweet malt again, sweet corn, vanilla and a hint of citrus. The finish is rather short, with toffee and vanilla.
