The Sexton Single Malt is an Irish whiskey distilled entirely from malted Irish barley. It was matured for four years in Oloroso sherry casks and is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers dried fruit, pear, vanilla, malt and nuts. The palate starts spicy, with oak, nuts, spice and fruit, and the finish is of medium length with sherry and tannins to the fore.
