The Singleton of Glen Ord Golden Trésor is a 13 year old Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It was distilled at Glen Ord, on the Black Isle, a distillery founded in 1838 that forms the heart of The Singleton range.
The nose offers honeycomb, ripe orchard fruits, vanilla custard and softly toasted oak. On the palate it is velvety and rounded, with caramelised sugar, baked apple, tropical fruit, creamy malt and gentle spice.
The finish runs medium to long, warming and smooth, with lingering sweetness and soft oak.
