The Singleton of Glendullan 14 Year Old is part of the Diageo Special Releases 2023, a series called Spirited Xchange. This edition is nicknamed The Silken Gown and is bottled at natural cask strength, 55% ABV.
The whisky matured in casks that previously held white Burgundy wine, including Chardonnay de Bourgogne French oak. It has a shining golden colour.
The nose offers apricot, peach, citrus and caramel. On the palate, toffee sweetness accompanies soft stone fruit, pear and citrus.
