The Singleton of Glendullan 14 Year Old The Silken Gown is a Speyside single malt from Dufftown, released in Diageo's 2023 Special Releases. It is bottled at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle and finished in Chardonnay de Bourgogne French oak casks.
The colour is bright gold with pale green lights. The nose is crisp and fruity, with fresh-cut green apple, white grapes, pear, crème anglaise, puff pastry and spun honey. The palate is smooth and velvety, starting with toffee sweetness before golden fruit acidity and light spice bring balance. The finish is medium in length, spicy and smooth.
