The Whistler PX I Love You is an Irish single malt whiskey from the Cooney family in the Boyne Valley. It is made with ingredients that are 100% natural and 100% Irish, and the water comes from the family's own spring. Distillation takes place in handmade copper stills. The whiskey is first aged in bourbon casks, then refined for several months in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which adds depth to the malt.
