Tobermory 10 Year Old is a single malt from Mull, distilled in 2008 and released in 2018 by North Star Spirits as Series 6. It comes from a single sherry cask and was bottled at 56.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 330 bottles released.
Tobermory distillery also makes Ledaig, its heavily peated single malt.
The nose has roasted coffee bean, dark chocolate and a hint of green olive. The palate is fruitier than the nose suggests, with blackberry and maraschino cherry, still chocolatey, and savoury spice developing later. The finish brings toasted brown sugar, orange peel and oatcake.
