Tobermory 12 Years is a single malt from the Isle of Mull, bottled at 46.3% ABV and non-chill-filtered. The distillery was founded in 1798 and makes both an unpeated Tobermory and a heavily peated Ledaig. This 12 year old is from the unpeated Tobermory side.
The nose opens with fresh floral notes and citrus peel, moving to a gentle malty sweetness and toasted bread. The palate is smooth and round, with vanilla, honey and light spice. The finish is long and warm, with fruity sweetness and spice.
