Tobermory 20 Years is a single malt from the Isle of Mull in Scotland. It spent 17 years in ex-bourbon casks and then three more in ex-sherry casks, giving a whisky of twenty years. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring, and has an amber colour.
The nose is complex, with biscuit, dried fruit, pepper and Christmas spices. The palate is rich and flavoursome, with dark chocolate, cherries preserved in alcohol and fruit jelly. The finish is long and peppery, with a fruit jelly note.
