A 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Tobermory, a small distillery on the Isle of Mull, in a 70cl bottle.
It was first matured in refill whisky casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is rich, with marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle. The palate shows cherry wood, brown sugar and caramelised pineapple alongside sticky toffee and sweet oak. The finish is fresh, light and sweet, with a delicate maritime touch.
