Tobermory 21 Years Old is a small-batch single malt from the Isle of Mull, bottled at 46.3% vol. in a 70cl bottle and non-chill-filtered.
It was filled into refill casks on 16 December 1999. On 26 February 2015 it was moved into oloroso sherry casks, where it stayed until it was ready.
The colour is a deep gold. The nose brings marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and syrup, and the palate cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapple and sticky toffee.
