Tobermory Hebridean Gin

Tobermory Hebridean Gin is a Scottish gin made on the Isle of Mull in the Hebrides. Its base is neutral grain spirit with a small amount of distillate from the stills used for Tobermory whisky. That addition works as an extra botanical, giving a gentle malty, cereal note and a rounder texture. Botanicals include juniper, Hebridean tea, heather, elderflower and sweet orange peel, along with coriander, lemon and angelica. It is fresh and lemony, with citrus and juniper on the palate and an almost creamy texture.
