Togouchi Kiwami is a blended Japanese whisky from Chugoku Jozo, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. Kiwami means 'supreme'. The whisky is matured in a tunnel 361 metres long rather than in a warehouse, and the Togouchi brand uses a disused railway tunnel for its ageing. The nose is voluptuous, with vanilla and walnut. The palate is sweet and smooth, with honey and melon, and the finish is light, with slightly smoky vanilla.
