Tomatin 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Spanish sherry casks, and is described as classically smooth. It is also called a distinguished sherry cask whisky with a little something different.
The nose opens with wild heather, pine and cedar, which soon sweeten into crème caramel with apples, pears and mango.
The finish is full-bodied and buttery.
