This is a 12-year-old Highland single malt from Tomatin, fully matured in sherry casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is deep amber in colour.
The nose opens with caramelised apple and pear, lifted by sultana, orange peel and apricot, with a subtle note of aged leather. The palate is richer and dessert-like, with chocolate fudge, manuka honey, dried fruit and nuts. The finish stays warm and rounded, with sweet cinnamon spice.
