This is a 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Tomatin, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It was matured in a mix of traditional Scotch whisky casks, ex-bourbon casks and ex-Spanish sherry casks, and is described as a sherry cask whisky with a little something different.
The nose opens with wild heather, pine and cedar, then sweetens to crème caramel with apples, pears and mango. The finish is full-bodied and buttery.
