This is a 14 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin. It was aged in bourbon casks and then finished in tawny port pipes, and it has a brilliant copper colour with a rose hue.
The nose is fragrant, with toffee, pepper, dried fruit, berries and toasted nuts. On the palate it is luscious and warming, with fruitcake, cigar, chocolate and red fruit, followed by a long, spicy finish.
