This is Tomatin Legacy, a Highland single malt bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a balance of bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks, a pairing that brings gentle sweetness and layered character.
The nose offers creamy vanilla, toasted marshmallow, juicy pineapple and fresh lemon zest. On the palate come candy, pine, lemon sherbet, crisp apples and soft sponge cake, leading to a light, clean finish.
