A 21-year-old Speyside single malt from Tomintoul, matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels chosen by Master Distiller Robert Fleming. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is ripe, with soft nougat, ruby grapefruit, boiled sweets and dried cranberry, lifted by a herbal freshness. On the palate come baked apple, honeycomb, orange peel, Danish pastries and Turkish delight, bound in white pepper and oak spices. The finish is fresh and tingly, with apple strudel, cedar spice and cinnamon.
