Tomintoul 30 Year Old 1995 is a single cask Speyside malt from Signatory's Symington's Choice range. The peat-free spirit was filled into a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt in 1995 and bottled in May 2025, after thirty years in the wood.
It is bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Only 565 individually numbered bottles were drawn.
The Spanish oak has added raisin, polished mahogany and sweet spice, alongside the soft-fruit character of Tomintoul.
