This is a 14 year old Tomintoul-Glenlivet bottled by Cadenhead's for its Original Collection. It was matured in refill sherry butts and is bottled at 46%.
The nose offers fruit cake, honey and budding gorse. On the palate there is chocolate orange, walnuts and sultanas soaked in alcohol. The finish is slightly hoppy, with salted caramel and stewed apples.
