Torabhaig – 2017 The Inaugural Release is a single malt whisky from Torabhaig (Island). Bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. Matured in first-fill bourbon casks. This was the distillery's inaugural release, and the first instalment of The Legacy Series. Introduced at the beginning of 2021, the whisky was distilled in 2017 and matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels. A malt distillery that interrupted the 195-year tenure of Talisker as the only distillery on the Isle of Skye when it opened in 2016. It is owned by Marussia Beverages through its Mossburn Distillers subsidiary and it released its first whisky in 2021.
