This is Tormore 10 Year Old, a single malt Scotch from the 1990s, bottled at 43% abv. It is full gold in colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with citrus, banana and orange alongside a floral note and a hint of oiliness. It develops towards plum jam, apricot and honey. The palate is creamy and jammy, with wax and phenolic notes, followed by herbs, mint, liquorice and bitter orange.
The finish is very long, with pine sap, cough syrup and a little cane sugar.
