This is a single cask Tormore from Speyside, 12 years old and bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% abv. It was distilled on 4 July 2014 and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead until it was bottled on 29 July 2026, filling 320 bottles.
It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The rich sweetness of the PX sherry meets dried fruit and spice, and there is no smoke.
The flavour is described as figs and cinnamon with butterscotch and a hint of aniseed.
