This is a 16-year-old Tormore single malt from Speyside, matured in a combination of Oloroso and Cream sherry casks and bottled at 46.8% without chill-filtration. The distillery was built in 1959 in the Cromdale Hills.
The colour is a warm honey. The nose offers ripe raisins, dates and fine vanilla with light citrus. The palate is full, with juicy blackberries, caramelised fruit and baking spices. The finish is long and elegant, with dried plums and a hint of orange.
