Tormore – 16 Year Old Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 46.8%)

This is a 16 year old Tormore single malt, bottled at 46.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is a sherry cask whisky, double matured with deliberately gentle wood influence so the character of the spirit comes through. It was further matured in a variety of sherry casks, which add layers of flavour and structure. It is non-chill filtered, for a richer, creamier mouthfeel. The style is a balanced, fruit-filled and layered sherry malt that leaves the fruity spirit of Tormore unmasked.
