This single cask Tormore was distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2025 at 48.4%, after more than 21 years in first fill bourbon barrels. It belongs to the Legacy range from Elixir Distillers, which pays tribute to Tormore's history and the people who shaped it. The casks in the range were chosen by distillery director Polly Logan.
The nose brings zesty lemon, vanilla cream and buttery puff pastry. On the palate come lemon cake, poached pear and woody nuances. The finish is long and silky, with ripe citrus, vanilla and lightly toasted oak.
