This Tormore is a single cask bottling from the Legacy Casks series, distilled in December 2015 and bottled in June 2025 at a cask strength of 56.2%.
It matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask, which gave 240 bottles.
The nose is inviting and spicy, with ripe peach and soft vanilla. The palate is soft and fruit-led, with stone fruit, creamy vanilla and lightly toasted almonds. The finish is elegant, balancing fruity sweetness with a soft nuttiness.
