Tormore – Timeless (70cl, 43%)

Tormore Timeless is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured mostly in first-fill and refill bourbon casks, which bring a sweet vanilla note alongside the peach and pear fruit of the spirit. A small amount of sherry cask maturation gives the palate structure and adds length. Older vintages are used for richness, while younger whiskies contribute fresh, fruity flavours. It is described as clean and fruit-forward, and suits drinking neat, over ice or in highballs.
